Ramadan Revitalization Program - A Holistic Approach to Health & Fitness
Program Begin the week with cardio sessions, followed by strength training using dumbbells, and finish it off with mobility & stretching.
Sunday - Cardio @ 9-10 PM
Tuesday - Strength @ 9-10 PM
Thursday - Mobility & Stretch @ 9-10 PM
Total sessions: 12 (4 weeks)
What level of fitness do I need to participate? The revitalization program caters to all Evolvers as we offer different variations of each set, so you can take it at your own pace; it can be both high impact, or low impact depending on your personal fitness level.
