Ramadan Bootcamp is finally back! Making its launch by our Head Coach back in 2017, we are excited to present our popular bootcamp virtually via ZOOM this year.
What is Ramadan Bootcamp? Offered twice a week, our bootcamp sessions involves a set of anaerobic high intensity workout routines in an interval training approach that is designed to increase stamina, endurance & your overall fitness. The class is a mix of plyometrics, cardio & body weight exercises with rests between exercises to fluctuate your heart rate for maximum results.
What level of fitness do I need to participate? Bootcamp caters to all Evolvers as we offer different variations of each set, so you can take it at your own pace; it can be both high impact, or low impact depending on your personal fitness level.
Class duration: 1 hour.
Trainer credentials - Adhra has 3 years experience. She is a certified YMCA Level 2 Fitness Gym Instructor, and is Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) qualified.
