Power Flow Yoga is a vigorous, detoxifying, strength-based class that links body movement with breath to create a dynamic flow of poses. This style of class weaves together traditional Ashtanga style teachings with music that can inspire a physical, energetic, mental, intuitive, and blissful state of consciousness. Power Flow Yoga is suitable for fit Evolvers who are more interested in sweating, rather than meditation. It is recommended that you have done some yoga in the past but not required as variations are available for most poses depending on the students’ capabilities. Class duration: 1 hour.
