Mat Pilates is based on classical Pilates movements, made exciting by a few artistic gymnastic elements and by different Pilates props (Resistance band, balls, etc.). Suitable for all Evolvers. The class is designed to strengthen and stretch muscles, in a dynamic flow movement, keeping the pulse at a specific speed in order to shape the body and to burn calories. Classes are not focusing on one muscle group only, but rather involving every single muscle, helping achieve a balanced and well-toned body. The instructor places a great amount of focus on the protection of the muscles, joints in order to avoid injury. Pilates helps to achieve the desired form of a harmonic, toned, and slim body, of course not forgetting a full 'healthy lifestyle'. A balanced diet, sleep and the right amount of exercise will create the desired results. Class duration: 1 hour.
