Legs, Bums, and Tums (LBT) is a workout for all evolvers. The class incorporates training that mainly targets the lower-body & core workout, in addition to a few sets of upper-body training routines. The workouts are conducted methodologically; starting off with cardio warm up, followed by mobility stretches to prepare joints for a greater range of motion, balance, flexibility, and finishing off with a cooling down session to allow for a gradual recovery as well as regulate blood flow. Class duration: 1 hour.
Trainer credentials - Adhra has 3 years experience. She is a certified YMCA Level 2 Fitness Gym Instructor, and is Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) qualified.
