The Full Body Workout class is designed for intermediate Evolvers; if your goal is to push yourself outside your comfort zone - but, by not too much- then this class is for you. The fitness trainer creates a fun, yet challenging environment, by mixing both high and low intensity interval training. Class duration: 1 hour.
