Just like avocado and toast, Cardio + Resistance go well together. The Cardio component offers a workout designed to not only elevate your heart rate, but to also help you achieve better fitness through enhancing your mobility, explosiveness, and core strength. Complementarily, the Resistance aspect of the workout targets various muscle groups through increasing resistance, by completing the specified reps/sets within a given time-frame. Cardio + Resistance classes are intermediate level, with optional instructions during class to regress for beginner Evolvers, and progress for advanced Evolvers. Class duration: 1 hour.
Trainers credentials - Shaima has 3 years experience. She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, who is also Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED certified, and has undergone the ACE Oh Baby! Fitness Pregnancy & Postpartum Exercise Instructor Training.
