Body Attack is suitable for all Evolvers. The workout session incorporates training the full-body within 30-minutes only, where Evolvers will do a mix of aerobic activity with strength training. The workout will either be delivered through high-intensity interval training (HIIT), or through low-intensity interval training (LIIT). These short workouts can lead to enormous benefits & positive changes toward a firmer body, and a stronger immune system. The Body Attack workout is geared towards Evolvers who are on the move and would like to stay active through a quick and effective session that will help them burn calories and stay active.
Trainer credentials - Adhra has 3 years experience. She is a certified YMCA Level 2 Fitness Gym Instructor, and is Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) qualified.
