Just like avocado and toast, Weight Loss Cardio go well together. The Cardio component offers a workout designed to not only elevate your heart rate, but to also help you achieve better fitness through enhancing your mobility, explosiveness, and core strength. The workout targets various muscle groups by completing the specified reps/sets within a given time-frame. Weight Loss Cardio classes are intermediate level, with optional instructions during class to regress for beginner Evolvers, and progress for advanced Evolvers. Class duration: 1 hour.
