Step It Outis a one-of-a-kind curated step class designed to target the lower body, and challenge Evolvers’ coordination. We use booty bands and the step board to work on cardiovascular endurance and resistance, all while we vibe on Hip Hop and R&B to power through!Expecta lotof combo moves on the step board,and a good burn while targetingthe quads, hamstrings,and glutes.Evolvers will learnthe basic moves of step aerobics, where each week we Step It Outa notch and start progressing through more advanced moves.
