Dumbbells Circuit Training is a full-body workout using dumbbells, where multiple muscles are used simultaneously focusing on cardio, strength, and abs exercises that increases the heart rate whilst building strength. The compound style of exercise promotes effective and efficient movement improving coordination. The session is suitable for all levels of Evolvers, both beginners and advanced since the workouts could be more challenging by incorporating dumbbells. Class duration: 45 minutes.
